No, I didn’t know what the acronym stood for either, until I had an enquiry for help and I had to Google it. It’s accountancy and this is a first for me with effective writing. It’s been quite a challenge in a subject area in which I have very little core knowledge. I did pass Institute of Bankers exams Part 1 more years ago than I care to remember and that does include some very basic accountancy, but accountancy was the area of those exams that I found most tricky. However, it does show once again that Effective Writing skills can be applied in any area and I can now add accountancy to civil engineering, modern history, physiotherapy, geography and counselling as subject areas in which I have tutored adults!
