In an earlier post I mentioned the importance of keeping healthy during the exam period and especially of getting enough sleep.

This is one area in which parents can really help. Encourage your son or daughter to cut out late night TV, computer games or phone calls/texting during the exam weeks. Not easy, I know – but well worth the aggravation!
