To sleep, perchance to dream

In an earlier post I mentioned the importance of keeping healthy during the exam period and especially of getting enough sleep.

Now researchers have shown that lack of sleep can really affect a student’s performance. Take a look at this interesting BBC article on the subject:

This is one area  in which parents can really help. Encourage your son or daughter to cut out late night TV, computer games or phone calls/texting during the exam weeks. Not easy, I know – but well worth the aggravation!
