Apparently Michael Gove has a particular dislike for Steinbeck’s ‘Of Mice and Men’ and also wants other US classics like Harper Lee’s ‘To Kill a Mocking Bird’, and Miller’s ‘The Crucible’ to no longer be studied for GCSE.
